Neighborhood Block party

We've had a boom of new neighbors lately! To welcome you all to the neighborhood, we are having a neighborhood block party this Friday (8/10/12) at 6pm. Bring a dish to share, please. Water, a pit, info on Hutto events, and desserts will be provided. See you all there!

Creek Bend and Meadows 3rd Annual Fall Fest

Residents come out and join us for some fall festivities on Sunday, Oct. 18th from 2-5 pm at the Creek Bend Pavilion.

There will be free hot dogs and drinks. The kiddos can enjoy games, prizes and bouncehouse.

Small prizes will be given to any child that brings a carved pumpkin or haunted house made out of recyclables. Just be creative!!!!!

I will also be collecting canned goods for our local community food pantry held at the Hutto Lutheran Church. I will also be taking any coats, sweaters, hoodies for the neighborhood Coats for Kids Drive. I will make sure they get to the allocated cleaners for the drive.

Pool Info and Updates

The pool is closed on Mondays for chemical adjustments.

All persons entering with their pool card will be required to sign in and leave your pool key with security. Please keep in mind that residents are not allowed to open the gates for persons that do not have a card or prop the gate open.

Restroom facilities are for cardholders and their guests only.

Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older that is an HOA member or an appointed guardian.

Adult Homeowners/residents are allowed up to 4 guests max and must accompany the guests while at the pool. Juveniles 16 and older are allowed up to 2 guests max without homeowner/resident supervision.

If you would like to host a party here, you must clear it with Real Manage at least one week in advance.
